We have settled into a new home in VT after months looking.   We had evolving requirements, both house features and geographic preference.  Donna Brown was patient, as we changed, dedicated (when we asked her to view several properties in a day 30-60 minutes apart.  She prepared for every house with diligence, providing us with a complete listing of buyer disclosures,  AND most importantly doing timely, professionally, with both common sense,   business sense and sense of humor.  When you walk through a home for the first time, you may miss some details. Donna provides a keen eye to details on the house and will mention her observations to you.
