Cannot say enough great things about Patricia! We really enjoyed having her as a realtor, and we could tell she really cared about helping us find the perfect home for us rather than the first potential commission. She was very knowledgeable about the area and shared the property history of many of the houses we were considering. She also toured homes for us when we couldn't make the drive over and gave honest feedback throughout. After our offer was accepted, she had great recommendations for [...]

My husband and I are real estate brokers with a successful business at the Jersey Shore, so we know an excellent real estate agent when we meet one. Patricia Fitzpatrick is such an agent....knowledgeable, engaging, tireless, attentive to details and more. Patricia helped us purchase our Kingswood property at Mount Snow, which was no easy task as we needed over a year's worth of looking to help us know exactly what we wanted. However, through it all Patricia demonstrated only the best qualities [...]

After spending several years considering multiple locations in Vermont I was happy to meet and work with Patricia on the purchase of my dream home ski house at TrailsEdge. When I first met Patricia I immediately felt comfortable with her warm personality and friendly and sincere approach. Patricia was genuinely interested in understanding my needs and concerns as a buyer (while representing the seller) and she very patiently took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns [...]

Patricia Fitzpatrick is an exceptional realtor, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was completely new to the Vermont market, and from our very first conversations Patricia was incredibly thoughtful, efficient, and intuitive in her approach. She is a true people person—she took the time to understand my priorities, and my taste, and somehow managed to deduce key preferences almost immediately, without needing everything spelled out. The properties she showed me were carefully chosen and [...]

We were absolutely thrilled by the help, support, and professionalism that we experienced while working with Patricia Fitzpatrick. Being fussy, it took us over 3 years to find the house that we chose. Throughout this time, Patricia understood exactly what we were looking for and always demonstrated patience. With no pressure, she consistently followed through seeking out all the necessary information we requested. Most importantly, we would be delighted to use Patricia again.
