It is a pleasure to write a review for Donna Brown who, I felt from the start, was in my corner regarding the sale of my house. When in November I found myself purchasing a home near my son and family in South Burlington, I realized that my Dover residence of 26 years would have to be offered for sale. Among the daunting tasks ahead, finding a worthy realtor was number one. I had met Donna a year earlier and had been impressed by her people skills. She seemed honest and forthright, quick to engage, and her warmth and sense of humor came to the fore. She was the first I contacted and I knew I had found my agent. From the start I felt she was there to represent me and she did not disappoint. My many queries were promptly answered and she was clear in explaining my options, always reminding me that the selling agent was in my court. Donna knows the community and those in it. My house was among the oldest in this area, thus finding a person who respects old dwellings was of particular importance to me. She quickly honed in on its positive attributes and encouraged honest assessment regarding its foibles. I greatly appreciated her direct approach and have no doubt that she would just as ably represent all ages of dwellings. In its current state the realty market is not for sissies. It seems to this neophyte that it requires the dedication of a quick learner, who prides herself in honest representation. Donna fills that bill on every level.
