Regina Perrotto
We met Regina by chance during our search for a house in the Wilmington area and very quickly knew she was the right agent for us. We knew Regaina and would search high and low for the best property based upon our requirements. As our time was very limited, to mostly weekends we had to keep in constant communication and have Regina vet homes for us as much as was possible in order to maximize the houses we could consider. Regina was extremely knowledgable not only about the area but the homes themselves and pointing out pro's and con's even before an official inspection. Regnia has great contacts locally who can help inspect the phyisical consruction, septic systems etc. Ultimately we used all of Regina's contacts and the recommended lawyer. We could not have been more pleased with Regina and the amount of attention she paid to us. Ultimately we found the perfect house for us, we continue to be pleased with our purchase. We could not recommend anyone higher than Regina, you can put your faith in her and feel confident

We are so grateful to Regina for her assistance in both a home purchase and a home sale. She's kind, resourceful, and experienced. We really took our time when shopping for a home, and we saw all kinds of properties - from turn-key cabins to off grid seasonal camps. Regina was helpful and knowledgeable about all of them and always professional.

We had a great experience working with Regina Perrotto of Ski Home Realty. Her knowledge of the area and market helped us in our search for property in Wilmington. Originally we were looking for a house. In the end we bought land and built. She helped us navigate through the house and land search and then the purchase process. Throughout, she was patient, easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable. If we are ever in the market to buy or sell again, we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Regina and Ski Home Realty.

Regina was amazing to work with. I found myself in a tight spot when selling my house and Regina went way above and beyond. She was so knowledgeable and confident and communicative. She even dropped off some bags of charity donations for me, and stopped by the house to help with other things since I was out of state. When the first seller pulled out she really hustled and had a new buyer for me within days. I found her very genuine and she made a potentially stressful experience very positive. She is a seasoned professional. Highly recommend!
