Market value…get a Comparable Market Analysis by a Realtor

State Permits…Act 250, Wetlands, Water and Wastewater, Stormwater, local Zoning or Subdivision

Access…public or private; curb cut, right-of-way or shared drive

Wastewater…municipal sewer or on-site (perc test needed?)

Water…need to drill a well or test the water (no springs allowed)

Survey…need to know the boundaries, easements and rights-of-way.

Read the Deed!

Some banks will loan up 50% of the market value or do a package loan
