Tobin and his wife, Tori Welsh, moved to Southern Vermont in 2015 to chase their passion of Skiing and Snowboarding. They now reside in Wilmington where they overlook the Deerfield Valley with views of Mount Snow and Haystack Mountain while they sip their morning coffee. While Tori has climbed the ranks at Mount Snow and is now the I.T. Manager, Tobin spent his time starting and operating his successful general contracting company, Twelves & Co. LLC. He also continues to pursue his passion of teaching snow sports to our youth as the Head Snowboard Coach of the Mount Snow Training Center. Looking to expand his horizons and encounter new challenges, Tobin is proud to now be a part of the Ski Home Realty team. With almost 10 years’ experience in negotiations and construction practice, Tobin is eager to assist our neighbors across Southern Vermont with any and all real estate inquiries.
