Prema grew up in Southern Vermont, and as a result, has extensive familiarity with the local market. She graduated from Boston University, with a degree in Business Administration & Finance. Since then, she has lived in many places, including New York City, where she pursued her career in Finance. In 2004, Prema relocated to beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii and shortly after launched her career in Real Estate, including residential real estate, as well as working for two Fortune 500 companies, Marriott and Disney.

After 13 years of island life, Prema and her husband Adam moved back home to Vermont.  Prema spends much of her free time with her husband and two boys, taking full advantage of the outdoor Vermont lifestyle.   

Prema has bought and sold many real estate properties of her own, including owning and managing a rental property. In 2021, Prema and her husband bought their dream property, a fixer upper with a stunning view. She spent 2 years renovating and designing a large addition, as well as general contracting the entire project. The project wrapped up with Prema tapping into her passion for interior design to add the final touches. These personal experiences enable her to offer a variety of helpful perspectives to clients. For her seller clients, Prema knows the power of staging and creating an impactful first impression and can provide effective advice to help in listing and selling quickly. For her buyer clients, she can offer advice on many aspects of the home buying process, including negotiations, mortgage lending knowledge, rental property potential, and the added value of assisting with usage of space, renovating and design.
